❄️ A frozen world, new adventures… and a whole lot of FOLK METAL! ⚔️🔥

Fresh from the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in Tokyo, we’ve been treated to a first look at some of the new dungeons coming with Evercold! 🏔️

And while the breathtaking environments and mysterious locations certainly caught our attention, there was something else that immediately grabbed us…

THE MUSIC! 🎶

The background theme featured in the official Evercold Dungeon Crawl video already carries a wonderful orchestral folk-inspired melody, full of adventure, mystery and that unmistakable Final Fantasy atmosphere.

So naturally, we thought…

What if we went FULL FOLK METAL with it? 🤘

We took the adventurous spirit of the original and transformed it into our own energetic FFXIV Bard arrangement, combining folk-inspired melodies with the driving power of metal. 🔥

The result is our little musical preview of the adventures waiting for us in Evercold — performed by our Lalafell band before we’ve even had the chance to explore these new dungeons ourselves! 🎻⚔️

From frozen landscapes to whatever dangers await beyond the next dungeon entrance, one thing is certain:

Our instruments are ready for the next adventure! ❄️🎸

We hope you enjoy our Folk Metal interpretation of the Evercold Dungeon Crawl theme!
